HYDRA-DERM TONER-for normal to dry skin

This refreshing toner is the final step of any cleansing routine.  Applying a toner will not only remove the last bit of residue but will readjust the skin's natural pH balance.  This toner immediately soothes the skin and reduces inflammation while it eliminates pore buildup.  With its large array of antioxidants, this toner adds hydration and leaves the skin brighter and rejuvenated.
